Delivering 40–60-minute exercise programs to residents in Aged Care facilities and community settings, promoting movement, an uplifting mood and overall happiness. Our founder Lisa, having worked as a professional dancer most of her adult life is a passionate advocate of the healing power of music.

Lisa has now studied dementia care and worked in the aged care sector. Lisa understands the benefits of music and movement therapy for our Seniors. Through Sit Dance Lisa has developed training programs to equip our SD Instructors with the knowledge and skills to deliver a fun, uplifting and beneficial exercise program to your residents or loved ones.
